Key Responsibilities

•Manage all CRM communications and content across channels (excluding customer service) including pop-ups, banners, in-app notification center, push, and email
•Develop and execute CRM roadmap to increase key service metrics (engagement, retention, revenue)
•Collaborate with product analytics to analyze user journey funnels and plan improvements
•Create segmentation-based user messages and assess risks for optimal User Journey
•Collaborate with development team to implement CRM roadmap and iterate improvements
•Collaborate on internal CRM system improvements

Key Requirements

•Mobile service operations experience (CS, CRM, content operations)
•Ability to design and analyze CRM campaigns based on User Lifecycle
•Understanding of key service metrics (engagement, retention, revenue) and problem-solving through data analysis
•Strong communication and collaboration skills
•Ability to written-communicate in English
