•Create compelling, innovative, and visually stunning social media content to elevate FIVE’s food & beverage concepts and events.
•Manage social media calendars, provide support during photoshoots, copywrite brand-focused messages, and attend events to create content for social media stories.
•Address guest concerns and reviews on social media and online platforms, coordinating with internal departments to ensure FIVE-Star customer service.
•Track relevant social media influencers to identify opportunities to elevate the brand, extending reach through collaborations.
•Liaise with the Public Relations agency, providing briefs and imagery to enhance FIVE’s reputation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
•A proven track record and experience in a Marketing role
•A proactive nature with meticulous attention to detail
•Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders
•Proficiency in copywriting and communications; fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
