Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily asphalt plant operations by safely performing manual and equipment-assisted tasks.
  • •Participate in daily THINK/TRACK and weekly safety meetings and follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations.
  • •Walk and monitor the asphalt plant during production to identify issues.
  • •Perform daily maintenance pre-checks, ensure assigned equipment is properly maintained and operated, and complete seasonal start-up/shut down procedures.
  • •Operate front end loader, skid steer, and end dump truck as needed, and assist with plant maintenance and repairs.
