Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and maintain Building Management System and HVAC systems under the direction of the Project Manager or Control Engineer.
  • •Troubleshoot technical problems and investigate elevated issues by validating the root cause.
  • •Assist with BMS panel and field device termination work and BMS testing/commissioning activities.
  • •Coordinate with MEP staff and third parties for maintenance activities and ensure safe site practices.
  • •Read and interpret BMS drawings and site installation plans to support reliable operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have basic knowledge of AC, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm systems in busy commercial buildings and warehouses.
  • •Knowledge and experience with BMS panels and field device termination work.
  • •Experience in BMS testing and commissioning activities.
  • •Ability to read BMS drawings for pipe, duct, containment and other MEP site installations; conduct site verifications as required.
  • •Coordinate with MEP staff and third parties for maintenance activities while adhering to local safety regulations.
