•Analyze and document end-to-end requirements intake/validation and DoD financial process activities (annual spend planning, mid-year reviews, UFRs, deviation reporting).
•Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams; define system requirements, data models, and validation logic.
•Design and build Power Platform solutions and decision-support dashboards (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate workflows, Microsoft Forms) for budget execution insights.
•Provide governance, oversight, and executive briefings; curate knowledge repositories and coach junior analysts.

•Experience with DoD financial systems (e.g., GFEBS, cPROBE) and budget processes; ability to lead modernization and analytical projects.
