Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, interpret, maintain, and evolve Data & AI policies, standards, playbooks, procedures, FAQs, and implementation guidance.
  • •Analyze regulations, industry standards, governance frameworks, and emerging technologies and translate them into practical, actionable policy requirements.
  • •Draft and manage policy documents through the lifecycle, including stakeholder alignment, approvals, publication, implementation, and periodic updates.
  • •Partner across business, technology, legal, risk, and compliance teams to develop and implement policy requirements and provide Data & AI governance input.
  • •Translate policy requirements into scalable governance processes, embedded controls, and automated guidance; leverage AI and automation to improve speed and effectiveness of policy governance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
  • •5+ years developing, interpreting, implementing, or maintaining Data, AI, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, Technology, or Governance policies, standards, controls, or regulatory requirements.
  • •Translate complex business, legal, regulatory, risk, or technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance, documentation, processes, or controls.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication to draft for business, technical, legal, and governance audiences, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • •Strong knowledge of Data Governance, AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Management, privacy, and the data and AI lifecycle; policy lifecycle management experience is required.
