Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide birth doula support as part of Loula’s independent doula provider network.
  • •Deliver exceptional care while partnering with Loula for operational support.
  • •Serve insured clients referred through Loula’s client referral/doula matching program.
  • •Maintain your own practice as an independent contractor within a non-exclusive network.
  • •Work with Loula’s team on insurance verification, billing, and payment administration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •Must be located in California to move forward with an introductory meeting.
