Key Responsibilities

  • •Prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.
  • •Work in high-tech Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools.
  • •Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
  • •Support mandatory overtime based on business needs when required.
  • •For entry-level hires, participate in training programs to progress skills and pay.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
