•Prospect independently using referral sources, existing clients, and centers of influence.
•Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals and qualitative measurements.
•Coordinate with One Bank partners to deepen existing relationships and acquire new opportunities.
•Work with product partners to analyze needs and develop tailored relationship strategies for clients and prospects.
•Use CRM for client activity tracking and call/pipeline management while partnering with Credit and meeting credit standards, asset quality metrics, and RAROC targets.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 82,100 - 172,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of commercial banking experience, preferably at least 3 years in a sales role.
•Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience; ability to structure moderately complex financial situations.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
•Proven ability to build new and existing client business, translating to increased revenue and positive client experience.
•Strong business acumen with detailed analysis of financial statements and accounting principles; proficient in Microsoft Office, with CRM tools familiarity preferred.
