Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end programme mobilisation and delivery, including execution and migration plans, governance routines, and reporting cadence through ExCo-level updates.
  • •Translate business, regulatory, and client needs into executable scope, readiness plans, and cutover outcomes in partnership with Business, IT, and Operations.
  • •Lead steering governance and senior stakeholder forums by presenting options, trade-offs, and recommendations to enable timely decisions.
  • •Orchestrate integrated delivery across workstreams, managing dependencies, critical path, RAID, delivery assurance, and financial controls to protect outcomes.
  • •Shape and embed the future-state operating model through cross-functional workshops, aligning process, people, controls, and technology to strategy; also own programme financials, resourcing, and build delivery teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven delivery of Singapore enterprise change with strong knowledge of MAS expectations, including experience in subsdiarisation/legal entity change or equivalent regulatory transformation.
  • •Track record leading complex, multi-workstream programmes across regions, delivering outcomes across scope, timeline, budget, and benefit realisation.
  • •Experience delivering regulatory and/or technology change with clear ownership of operating model impacts, including process, controls, service, client experience, and handovers.
  • •Strong senior stakeholder management to influence steering committees and executives, land decisions, and maintain delivery momentum with clear updates.
  • •Strong risk and control discipline with end-to-end RAID ownership, effective governance, and change control aligned to HSBC taxonomy and control standards.
