Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • •Manage full recruitment and selection, from sourcing candidates to onboarding for F&B roles.
  • •Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and related issues.
  • •Oversee performance appraisal and drive staff development through training needs and programmes.
  • •Ensure HR legal compliance with Saudi labor laws and manage HR policies, compensation, and benefits.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR executive role.
  • •Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B), hospitality, or a related fast-paced industry.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD or similar certification is highly desirable.
  • •Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor law and HR best practices.
  • •Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills for confidential matters.
