•Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle; provide estimate and cost planning, including presenting final cost plans.
•Review with design teams and general contractors to develop cost estimates for lab, R&D, and office fit-out projects; reconcile changes to ensure cost data accuracy.
•Coordinate cost information from suppliers, subcontractors and design teams; provide status updates for cost reporting and prepare executive summaries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 165,000 annually
