Job Summary

Perform and support Offset/Offline operations in Press Room, Folder/Gluer, and Material Handling areas. Receive and stage product, print pallet labels, ensure correct loading and job quality, and complete make-ready tasks including cylinders, rollers, and print unit changes. Assist during downtime, maintain OHSE/GMP/HACCP compliance, and—when applicable—operate a forklift for safe material handling and documentation. Rotate shifts as needed and lift up to 60 lbs.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive product from the press, stack, place on pallets, and print pallet labels with Pecas using information from job docket and set-up sheet.
•Ensure correct loading of product onto pallets for material handling and verify job quality and accuracy by reviewing for errors.
•Perform downtime webbing and assist operators when presses are down, including press area cleanup and solvent/varnish tank support tasks.
•Complete make-ready activities such as purging product, changing impression rollers, updating print unit components/cylinders/pumps, and setting up doctor blades correctly.
•Act as part of the Press Crew by supporting production goals, communicating issues to operators, and maintaining compliance with OHSE, cGMP, HACCP, and chain of custody requirements.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 years of related production experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience.
•Very good mechanical and physical ability, including the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform frequent standing, stooping, bending, and reaching.
•Forklift operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of company equipment.
•Ability to set up/break down equipment and ensure correct loading, accurate labels/codes, and error-free finished jobs.
•Ability to comply with OHSE requirements and food safety programs including cGMP and HACCP.
