Commis I (QA)

Support daily kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and simple cooking tasks under supervision. Follow recipes and instructions to maintain consistent quality, help keep work areas clean and organized, and rotate stock to minimize waste. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination. Assist with plating and garnishing to meet presentation standards, coordinate with kitchen staff, and participate in training to improve culinary skills.
