•Serve as a trusted strategic finance partner to VAS leadership, providing rigorous insights to inform long-term strategy and enterprise decision making.
•Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting with a focus on insight generation and performance diagnostics.
•Evaluate business performance and investment/resource allocation decisions, including post-investment performance tracking and risk/opportunity assessment.
•Lead cross-functional initiatives across capital allocation, investment governance, and product profitability; provide decision support on investment proposals and business cases.
•Act as a mentor and thought partner within the VAS Central Finance team; drive scalable processes and partner with financial systems/analytics to enhance analysis capabilities.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 10+ years with an Advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.
•Deep expertise in strategic finance, including capital allocation, investment evaluation/prioritization, ROI analysis, and business case development.
•Extensive experience in financial planning & analysis, with strong understanding of financial accounting, management reporting, and performance management frameworks.
•Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial and operational data into executive and C-suite insights and recommendations.
•Proven success influencing senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization without direct authority.
