•Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams.
•Drive roadmap alignment and present solutions to C-level stakeholders to drive adoption.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in healthcare, with strong understanding of payor/insurance workflows.
•Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPS (business process services).
•Experience designing automation workflows or BPaaS models.
•Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills.
•Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (even if not hands-on).
