Key Responsibilities

  • •Unterstützung der juristischen Referent:innen u.a. bei der Bearbeitung von Prozessen auf dem Gebiet des Versicherungsrechts und einer Vielzahl von rechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • •Recherchetätigkeiten im Bereich des Zivilrechts, insb. im Versicherungsvertrags- und Versicherungsaufsichtsrecht, Zwangsvollstreckungsrecht, Erbrecht und Familienrecht
  • •Auswertung von aktuellen Urteilen
  • •Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben u.a. Ablage bei der Prozessbetreuung
