Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as advisor to the NA CEO and Executive Leadership Team on corporate strategy, growth opportunities, and business performance.
  • •Develop and execute financial strategy, including annual budgeting, long-range forecasting, and revenue forecasting improvements.
  • •Oversee financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, KPIs, business intelligence, and data-based decision-making.
  • •Ensure governance and compliance: internal controls, financial integrity, risk management, audit/tax advisor relationships, and regulatory/tax/reporting obligations.
  • •Lead the evolution of the North American finance operating model and manage procurement and the North American real estate portfolio, while leading and developing the finance organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 310,000 - 340,000 annually

  • •Ability to blend technical finance expertise with strong commercial finance judgment, including operational engagement and performance accountability.
