Key Responsibilities

  • •Assign motor vehicles and drivers based on trip length/purpose, freight or passenger requirements, and user preference.
  • •Issue keys, record sheets, and driver credentials.
  • •Record departure, destination, cargo, expected time of return, and investigate overdue vehicles.
  • •Coordinate with customers to expedite or locate missing, misrouted, delayed, or damaged merchandise and maintain related records.
  • •Establish service/delivery routes, supervise loading/unloading, issue equipment to drivers, direct driver activities, assign helpers, and assign vehicles to customer agencies.

Salary: USD 21.47 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
  • •Ability to receive a favorable Tier-1 investigation result and obtain/maintain a CAC.
  • •Valid driver’s license.
  • •A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement (and a High School Diploma or equivalent).
