  • •Build relationships with leaders and provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • •Develop a commercial understanding of the business to guide leaders on their talent agenda.
  • •Lead people cycles across compensation reviews, performance evaluations, engagement planning, talent reviews/calibrations, and promotion evaluations.
  • •Apply expertise across organizational design, workforce planning, change management, career planning, coaching, compensation, and complex employee relations.
  • •Ensure core people processes and employee transactions are executed with rigor while identifying opportunities to simplify, improve, and scale HR systems and ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience partnering with Senior Leadership (Vice President level) and demonstrating sound judgment around risk.
  • •Strong expertise across areas like organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and performance management.
