Job Summary

Design and operate the agentic harness that enables AI-assisted software development at enterprise scale, including CI/CD integrations, pipeline quality gates, orchestration, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) workflows. Develop an agent lifecycle framework covering versioning, testing, validation, compliance reviews, and release management. Build shared services and developer tooling, define technical standards for knowledge base quality, and drive automation, testing, observability, reliability, and continuous improvement for developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Engineer and operate the agentic harness, including CI/CD integrations, pipeline quality gates, orchestration, and MCP integrations for end-to-end agent workflows.
•Develop and manage the agent lifecycle framework, covering agent versioning, testing, validation, compliance reviews, deployment processes, and release management within an enterprise agent registry.
•Build and maintain shared services, reusable frameworks, developer tooling, and cross-platform integrations to accelerate adoption and consistency across teams.
•Define and maintain technical standards for knowledge base content, metadata, structure, and accessibility to ensure high-quality inputs for agentic systems.
•Drive engineering best practices across the agentic ecosystem, including automation, testing, observability, reliability, and continuous improvement of platform performance and developer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 196,000 - 269,500 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in a software engineering role.
•Hands-on familiarity with modern software development practices including CI/CD, DevOps, and developer tooling, plus knowledge of the AI/agentic development landscape.
•Ability to take ambiguous problems, structure them, and deliver concrete outputs such as analyses, prototypes, specifications, or frameworks.
•Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure stakeholders.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
