Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery team. Partner with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready components from day one, spanning full-stack deployment, AI agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls), and data pipelines. You’ll ship quality code, validate outputs, monitor performance with dashboards and KPIs, and translate real field insights into product feedback. Travel is about 25%.

Key Responsibilities

•Co-build agentic AI solutions that go live in customer production environments from day one, working with a Deployment Strategist.
•Develop AI agents and experiences, including prompt and reasoning design, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems using LLM techniques.
•Own technical components end-to-end—from architecture choice through deployed, validated, and observable production.
•Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms; model data and validate outputs.
•Create and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can discuss.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering) is required.
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with willingness to expand.
•Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering; able to explain prompt failures and improvements.
