Manage customer engagement, product expertise, competitor education, and Salesforce-based CRM workflows. Handle order-to-delivery transaction facilitation (including financing/leasing applications, documentation, and signing payments), coordinate with finance and delivery teams, and provide clear communication through delivery timelines. Earn a guaranteed hourly wage plus uncapped commission in a goal-focused retail environment.

•Guide customers in a Lucid Studio from sales through successful delivery, serving as the primary point of contact.
•Assess customer needs, provide tailored product solutions, and educate customers on competitor models, pricing, and packages.
•Use Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions, maintain and build a robust sales pipeline, and meet performance targets.
•Facilitate transactions across order-to-delivery, including financing/leasing applications, monitoring document and vehicle readiness status, and ensuring a smooth purchase process.
•Coordinate with Lucid Financial Service and Delivery teams as needed, handle registration and payment due at signing, and maintain customer communication through delivery scheduling.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•2+ years of relevant sales experience in a commission-based environment, including building and managing a customer pipeline.
•Retail automotive sales and desking experience (highly desired).
•Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays in a retail environment.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), with experience using retail business systems.
•Ability to meet individual sales goals and facilitate customer test drives.
