Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, mentor, and develop a team of buyers, setting priorities, balancing workloads, and ensuring accurate, on-time purchase order execution.
  • •Partner with Product Sourcing Engineers on supplier selection, cost targets, and make-vs-buy decisions to translate sourcing strategy into daily procurement execution.
  • •Coordinate during NPI phases to support procurement timelines, supplier qualifications, and BOM readiness for production ramp schedules.
  • •Lead cross-functional projects to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets; monitor KPIs and surface risks and bottlenecks early.
  • •Negotiate commercial terms, place purchase orders, resolve downstream receiving/finance/accounting issues, maintain procurement master data in the ERP, and support cost-reduction and supplier consolidation efforts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of supply chain experience in progressive roles.
  • •Experience with technical procurement, including ability to read drawings and blueprints.
  • •Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills, with strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • •Familiarity with leading ERP systems.
