Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain procurement performance metrics (KPIs and SLAs) to monitor efficiency, compliance, and value delivery across procurement activities.
•Analyze procurement data and produce insightful reports and dashboards to track category and supplier performance against targets.
•Identify operational inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
•Support Business Unit procurement teams in performance tracking and improvement plans.
•Lead supplier performance management initiatives by monitoring contract adherence and facilitating corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
•8+ years of experience in procurement performance management, data analytics, or operational excellence roles, preferably within large-scale projects or complex organizations.
•Strong knowledge of procurement processes, performance measurement methodologies, and supplier management.
•Proficient in data visualization and procurement software tools such as SAP, Ariba, or Prism.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
