Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain procurement performance metrics (KPIs and SLAs) to monitor efficiency, compliance, and value delivery across procurement activities.
  • •Analyze procurement data and produce insightful reports and dashboards to track category and supplier performance against targets.
  • •Identify operational inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Support Business Unit procurement teams in performance tracking and improvement plans.
  • •Lead supplier performance management initiatives by monitoring contract adherence and facilitating corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • •8+ years of experience in procurement performance management, data analytics, or operational excellence roles, preferably within large-scale projects or complex organizations.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement processes, performance measurement methodologies, and supplier management.
  • •Proficient in data visualization and procurement software tools such as SAP, Ariba, or Prism.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
