Job Summary

Senior Analyst, Government Rates on the Finance team at Anduril. You will drive indirect rate modeling, conduct variance analyses, and accelerate compliance via automation and AI tools such as Claude. Key Responsibilities

•Identify and implement automated workflows to streamline complex financial processes and compliance reporting.
•Lead indirect rate development and modeling across multiple business units for internal planning and external compliance.
•Support the preparation and audit of Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP) and Incurred Cost Proposals (ICP).
•Collaborate with FP&A, Pricing, Accounting, and Business Operations to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
•Assess accounting changes and their impact on rate structures and government submissions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field.
•3+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 1 year focused on government contracting, project accounting, or indirect rate analysis.
•Some knowledge and practical application of FAR, DFARS, and CAS.
•Advanced analytical capabilities with a high level of accuracy; expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and modeling) and/or AI tools.
•Proven ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize deliverable timelines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
