Job Summary

Lead shift production for a manufacturing team, ensuring safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and culture goals are met. Provide hands-on leadership for systems, equipment, people, and materials while supervising daily production schedules, employee timecards, and training. Drive continuous improvement, investigate incidents and nonconformances, analyze production data (including SAP dashboards), and partner with EHS, Maintenance, and Process Engineering to resolve issues.

•Manage shift production to achieve safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and culture goals.
•Lead safety efforts in conjunction with the EHS Manager, including audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement programs.
•Oversee daily production scheduling and ensure production goals are achieved.
•Supervise production employees, manage timecards/time-off for coverage, support training, conduct performance reviews, and apply disciplinary processes.
•Analyze production information and address equipment/material problems by partnering with Maintenance, Process Engineering, and others.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance, or related experience (or equivalent 5+ years).
•Experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite preferred) and SAP experience is a plus.
•Ability to lead safety and quality practices and monitor compliance with policies and regulations.
•Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
