Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage building construction and building-services projects from concept through commissioning to achieve safety, schedule, budget, quality, and sustainability outcomes.
  • •Perform project cost control activities including estimating, budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial performance.
  • •Monitor construction progress and safety performance to meet milestones, and ensure compliance with applicable Singapore building codes and regulations.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Facilities, Construction, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, IT, Layout and Planning) to align project objectives.
  • •Coordinate testing, commissioning, defect management, and handover to ensure full operational readiness, while implementing risk management and overseeing consultant deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Building, Construction Management, Project Management, Civil & Structural Engineering, Engineering, or Architecture.
  • •Minimum two years of experience in construction engineering, preferably in the semiconductor or facilities environment.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of construction, building services, and facilities systems.
  • •Ability to provide engineering solutions and technical support across design and construction phases.
  • •Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
