Job Summary

Provide market-leading personal training for Fitness First members, guiding them safely and effectively to achieve their fitness goals. Maintain high customer service and brand standards on the gym floor, offering motivational support and exercise corrections. Deliver high-quality personal training programs and new member inductions, support club events, and uphold fitness etiquette and regulations. Complete required certifications and ongoing CPD, and manage session/admin duties using the Fitness Enterprise System.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain high customer service and uphold Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor, ensuring clean and fully operational facilities at all times.
•Deliver high-quality personal training programs and session support to the client base, including correcting members’ exercise execution to ensure safety and effectiveness.
•Educate and enforce Fitness First etiquette and regulations, including member responsibility for cleaning equipment after use.
•Complete training and development requirements, including certification for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE via the Fitness First Education Academy, plus ongoing CPD.
•Manage performance and administrative duties such as delivering Fitness KPI outcomes, updating sessions/rota in the Fitness Enterprise System and success diary, and completing monthly goal setting and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Secondary Education – A level or equivalent.
•Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards (enrolled).
•In-depth knowledge of My Zone, including using the belt at least 12 times monthly.
•Have a genuine interest in developments in the fitness industry and keep product knowledge up to date.
•Complete minimum CPD points via IDEA Club Connect per quarter and at least 10 CPD points per year to maintain REPs certification.
