Key Responsibilities

  • •Create quotes for service agreements and quoted works supporting Service Account Managers and Controls Service Account Managers.
  • •Prepare cost estimates covering materials, subcontractors, purchased equipment, and labor for HVAC service projects and agreements.
  • •Develop detailed scope and cost estimates based on Account Managers’ design-build scope, including sketches, scope definition, and proposal point lists.
  • •Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk items, and stay current with industry standards.
  • •Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors on pricing, and participate in pre-job meetings to review scope and strategy.

  • •Working knowledge of construction systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • •Ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment with attention to detail, and flexibility for overtime/weekends as required.
