Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation and day-to-day operation of the compliance framework.
  • •Administer the employee participation program.
  • •Review and draft commercial agreements and other legal documentation.
  • •Conduct legal research and translate complex legal requirements into pragmatic recommendations for the business.
  • •Help improve legal processes, templates, and workflows, including through technology and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed the First German State Examination in Law (Erstes Staatsexamen) and are preparing for or currently completing your legal traineeship (Referendariat).
  • •Broad interest in business law and eagerness to work across different legal and regulatory areas.
  • •Pragmatic, commercial mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • •Ability and curiosity to quickly understand complex legal, technical, and regulatory topics.
  • •Strong written and spoken German and English; genuine interest in technology and start-ups.
  • •Experience with AI tools for legal research, drafting, knowledge management, or process automation is a plus.
