Key Responsibilities

  • •Qualify and synthesize feedback at the intersection of GTM, users, and product, turning unstructured input into well-framed problems.
  • •Shape validated problems into stack-rank-ready initiatives with clear objectives, KPIs, and scope, partnering with engineers and designers.
  • •Own reporting and outcome tracking to measure whether shipped work moved the needle, and feed learnings into the next cycle.
  • •Improve internal coordination across Marketing, Comms, GTM, and Product to reduce friction in cross-functional execution.
  • •Own outcomes and Dust platform artifacts (agents, skills, data, etc.) to continuously rewire and augment the process.

Salary: EUR 80,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Founding PM mentality: a senior individual contributor who can build the process in an early environment while staying hands-on.
  • •5–8+ years of product experience, including time at an early-stage company where you built process from scratch.
  • •Genuine product taste with strong judgment and conviction about what makes tech products great.
  • •Excellent information synthesis, distilling messy customer feedback, sales calls, and Slack threads into sharp problems.
  • •Technical proficiency to understand systems and tradeoffs (no coding required) and a builder mindset using AI tools fluently.
