Key Responsibilities

•Manage the definition of UX design work and deliver business outcomes across multiple product teams.
•Partner with user research to understand customer problems to tackle.
•Partner with the product owner to help inform product strategy.
•Drive consistent customer experiences across the organization.
•Provide design and product thought leadership and contribute to the Digital Workplace Experience Chapter Area (user research & UXD).

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of UX or related experience is preferred.
•Certificate or degree in a related field such as interactive design, architecture, industrial design, graphic design, or human factors is preferred.
•Experience working on agile teams delivering value in digital products is preferred.
•Have an online digital portfolio that can be reviewed.
•Strong communication skills as a writer, presenter, and facilitator; familiarity with design systems and the ability to synthesize feedback into recurring themes and data-driven decisions.
