Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently draft, review, negotiate, and interpret contracts and legal documents for the Peacock service and other Global Streaming and Media Group properties.
  • •Negotiate and advise clients on emerging issues in technology transactions, including generative AI.
  • •Coordinate with Privacy and Information Security teams to ensure personal and confidential information is collected, used, and secured in accordance with law and company policy.
  • •Provide timely legal advice on potential risks and propose practical, responsive solutions for technology and product guidance.
  • •Partner with business executives and Law Department colleagues to discuss and implement best practices and formulate new processes as business needs evolve.
