Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage initial rollouts and expansion projects for new and existing Benchling customers.
  • •Own implementation success from project kickoff through go-live using project management, scientific expertise, and product knowledge.
  • •Build detailed project plans and coordinate activities and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality deployments.
  • •Understand customer scientific workflows and determine how to best leverage Benchling for business needs.
  • •Lead requirements/design workshops, data modeling and configuration, test plan development and UAT guidance, and user training and onboarding.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •MS or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, Bioinformatics, Biological Engineering, or a related field.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in a lab or R&D setting, ideally in antibody discovery, strain engineering, or process development.
  • •Software implementation experience, preferably with a SaaS company.
  • •Strong communication skills to work with scientists, IT project leads, and executives.
  • •Experience using Benchling (as a user/admin) is preferred but not required.
