Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain data services for storage and integration layers.
•Ingest, transform, and serve scientific data for applications used by researchers.
•Build a state-of-the-art platform for high-velocity, reliable research workflows.
•Collaborate with scientists and ML researchers to drive project work.
•Contribute to a small, interdisciplinary team to shape the platform and contribute across the tech stack as needed.

Key Requirements

•Experience in data engineering and service-oriented architectures.
•Extensive software engineering experience with software design and architecture skills.
•Extensive enterprise programming experience writing production code using Python.
•Experience building, deploying, and maintaining secure and scalable production systems on GCP.
•Experience with Kubernetes and cloud computing.
