Job Summary

Own and oversee the data privacy program for NTT DATA’s Global Practices, embedding global privacy policies and standards into regional operations. Partner with stakeholders to implement privacy-by-default and by-design controls across people, process, and technology, maintain records of processing and privacy notices, and manage privacy assessments for products, initiatives, and third parties. Support data subject requests, incidents, audits, and evolving regional privacy obligations.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a key point of contact for all data privacy matters for Global Practices.
•Embed and maintain global data privacy policies, procedures, and standards across regions, including local variations and translations where required.
•Implement privacy-by-default and privacy-by-design controls across business processes, applications, systems, databases, and client offerings.
•Manage rollout of privacy requirements for new initiatives/projects; ensure records of processing and privacy notices are accurate and up to date.
•Support privacy assessments, RFP responses, third-party assessments, data subject requests, and incident/audit responses in collaboration with relevant teams.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience in data privacy program management, risk management, audit, and/or compliance.
•Experience responding to data subject rights requests and personal data breaches.
•Ability to advise on complex data privacy matters with practical recommendations.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
•Broad knowledge of data protection laws, best practices, and industry standards; integrity and strong attention to detail.
