Key Responsibilities

•Support finance technology transformation initiatives aligned to organizational goals and partner with Controllership Operations on technology-enabled process improvements.
•Assist with change management and track progress against the technology roadmap for Controllership and broader Finance.
•Research, evaluate, and support delivery of technologies including Agents, AI/ML, automation tools, and analytics platforms to improve efficiency, compliance, and operational insights.
•Design and implement finance process improvements to reduce manual effort while supporting compliance with regulatory standards, internal controls, and global policy requirements.
•Communicate technology solutions and project updates across Finance and IT, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and supporting audit readiness activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 88,400 - 121,600 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in finance operations, technology delivery, or related fields.
•Experience supporting technology projects or initiatives and delivering work on time to a high standard.
•Familiarity with prototyping AI solutions, testing machine learning models, and working with small/medium datasets.
•Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau or similar) and Python, plus modern ERP systems.
•Solid understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements.
