Perform end-to-end finished product quality control testing following SOPs, using GMP standards to identify and interpret OOS/OOT results and escalate quality/compliance risks. Conduct analytical procedures including titrations, Karl Fischer analysis, UV testing, and calibration/operation of lab equipment. Prepare reagents and perform organoleptic testing, ensuring safe work practices under COSHH and risk assessments while supporting reliable analytical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete end-to-end finished product testing following SOPs and testing methodology.
•Use GMP standards to identify OOS/OOT results and interpret data, escalating quality/compliance risks when needed.
•Perform titrations, Karl Fischer analysis, and UV testing.
•Operate and calibrate lab equipment including pump dispensers, Hamilton dilutors, ovens, and Chittick apparatus.
•Prepare reagents and conduct analytical tasks including pH/density/viscosity measurements, placebo preparation, and organoleptic testing while following COSHH and risk assessment procedures.

Key Requirements

•Relevant science degree with strong analytical knowledge and technical background.
•Ability to assess data, identify trends, atypical results, and out-of-specification results, and conduct further investigation.
•Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., Quality one).
•Experience in the healthcare industry in a practical/analytical area working to cGMP standards (desirable).
•Experience using analytical tools/equipment such as Chromeleon, HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Karl Fisher, Disintegration, UV, and Rheometer (desirable).
