Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of the Data Foundation program and unblock teams to focus on building rather than dependencies.
  • •Oversee and drive alignment across multiple solutions, managing dependencies across product teams.
  • •Mitigate program risks proactively to prevent delays or incorrect technical decisions.
  • •Lead cultural transformation and adoption through change management aligned to the Data Strategy.
  • •Coordinate milestones for legacy system deprecation and modernization, and maintain operational artifacts like RAID logs and program dashboards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 154,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years leading complex, high-stakes technical programs or platform migrations in global, cross-product environments (preferably Tech).
  • •Functional understanding of modern data design patterns and infrastructure, including Data Mesh, Data Contracts, lineage tracking, and metadata cataloging.
  • •Strong ability to navigate the organization, foster collaboration, and align product and engineering teams to adopt a “data as a product” mindset.
  • •Excellent systems thinking to synthesize dependencies, trade-offs, and manage work from one centralized roadmap.
  • •Strong analytical skills with a track record of establishing standardized telemetry, RAID logs, and program dashboards.
