Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate existing program schedules and work with program teams and production operations to flow demand to the shop floor, ensuring on-time delivery of contracted work.
  • •Plan ahead to deconflict competing program interests between stakeholders while balancing production capacity to minimize inter-program conflict and unnecessary overtime.
  • •Partner with Business Development and Production Operations to evaluate proposals for schedule execution attainability and impact on existing contracted commitments.
  • •Develop and maintain demand forecasts for contracted work and ongoing proposal demand.
  • •Foster enduring cross-functional relationships across production, quality, supply chain, engineering, business development, and senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in the program.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, program management, management consulting, or operations, preferably in aerospace or defense.
  • •Proven track record of successfully leading complex development projects.
  • •Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills with the ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams (engineering, operations, finance, sales).
  • •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with government agencies, team members, and senior leadership.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, and Jira, and willingness to travel 25% to 50% to support project objectives.
