Support major infrastructure programs by developing, analyzing, and reporting schedules across planning, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning. Coordinate schedule inputs with internal teams and external stakeholders, integrate schedules with technical advisors and contractors, and monitor performance through critical path analysis, DCMA assessments, Earned Value Management (EVM), and SPI. Lead forensic and delay analysis, and present complex schedule data via dashboards and summary reports.
