Senior Construction Project Manager

Own the preconstruction, design coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder management needed to deliver offices, factories, and secure spaces. Lead cost estimation, early site due diligence, contracting strategy, and cross-functional planning from programming through closeout and operations. Partner with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities having jurisdiction while maintaining rigorous document control and presenting financial reporting to senior executives.
