Job Summary

Provide an exceptional customer experience by building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers. •Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer needs are met and problems are resolved.
•Analyze customer credit and related financial information to align customers with appropriate solutions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and 1 year of customer service experience, or a college degree or equivalent military experience.
•Experience in a sales environment, with financial industry experience a plus.
•Demonstrated ability to build relationships with new household acquisitions and deepen existing customer relationships.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information and completing S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at time of employment.
