  • •Manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial property claims of varying complexity and value.
  • •Interpret policy cover, terms, and conditions to determine liability and settlement.
  • •Investigate property damage, identify root causes, and determine appropriate remedial actions.
  • •Assess claims involving fire, flood, subsidence, heave, landslip, and other insured perils.
  • •Review estimates and technical reports, negotiate settlements, and pursue recovery/subrogation where appropriate.
