Guest Services - 713 Music Halls

Interact with concert guests to provide product and service information, answer inbound inquiries by phone or in person, and resolve complaints through analysis and appropriate follow-up. Tailor support to customer needs, escalate unresolved grievances to designated departments, and help drive sales of additional services or products. Maintain accurate records of interactions and actively participate in venue sustainability and end-of-show closing activities.
