Job Summary

Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery, equipment, and physical structures, including piping and electrical systems. Perform visual inspections and testing, dismantle defective equipment, replace components, and carry out preventive maintenance, lubrication, and setups/changeovers as production demands. Follow work orders and safety requirements (GMPs, PPE, Lock Out-Tag Out, USDA/FDA rules) while working with minimal supervision and maintaining required documentation and reports.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, piping, and electrical systems according to specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
•Inspect and test machinery and equipment using electrical and electronic test equipment as instructed.
•Dismantle defective machines and equipment; install new or repaired parts and repair/replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related piping components.
•Perform preventive maintenance including daily lubrication, setups, and changeovers to support production.
•Follow work orders and maintenance request forms while complying with GMPs, Safety, PPE, Lock Out-Tag Out, and USDA/FDA rules.

Salary: USD 30 - 33 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Vocational trade school or 2 to 4 years equivalent professional experience in a mechanical or electrical trade.
•3-5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
•Thorough knowledge of shop tools and ability to interpret blueprints, manuals, schematic drawings, and work instructions.
•Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to use in-house systems such as SAP; report writing skills.
