Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, piping, and electrical systems according to specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
  • •Inspect and test machinery and equipment using electrical and electronic test equipment as instructed.
  • •Dismantle defective machines and equipment; install new or repaired parts and repair/replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related piping components.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance including daily lubrication, setups, and changeovers to support production.
  • •Follow work orders and maintenance request forms while complying with GMPs, Safety, PPE, Lock Out-Tag Out, and USDA/FDA rules.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Vocational trade school or 2 to 4 years equivalent professional experience in a mechanical or electrical trade.
  • •3-5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • •Thorough knowledge of shop tools and ability to interpret blueprints, manuals, schematic drawings, and work instructions.
  • •Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to use in-house systems such as SAP; report writing skills.
