Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage engineering project activities from initiation through completion, including planning, resourcing/staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
  • •Ensure project outcomes meet technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements; monitor performance and recommend schedule, cost, and resource changes.
  • •Collect and disseminate engineering project information across scope definition, estimating, scheduling, design, bid instructions/bidding, procurement, construction, record keeping, right-of-way, and environmental activities.
  • •Perform project risk analysis (including Monte Carlo simulation) and provide inputs and critical review of results.
  • •Develop business cases, scope definition documents, scope change management procedures including formal MOC, project schedules/critical path, and cost plans including cost estimating/budgeting/control and pricing for equipment/materials and labor productivity.

Salary: USD 108,000 - 162,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field (job-related experience preferred).
  • •Typically 5+ years of experience in engineering, operations and/or project management at the PM I level.
  • •Knowledge of engineering/operations for processing facilities, pipelines, measurement/regulation/control, gas-conditioning/processing/compressor facilities, and controls/monitoring systems.
  • •Experience across all phases of project management including scoping, estimating, scheduling, contracting/procurement, construction, commissioning/startup, budgeting, financial analyses, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Proficient use of project management productivity tools/software; Microsoft required and PROCORE preferred.
