Key Responsibilities

  • •Process manual authorization for MB/international card charges and relay authorization responses to merchants.
  • •Hot list lost/stolen cards to prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • •Activate and initialize PINs and manage card activation requests (Credit/Electron) to enable cardholder usage.
  • •Resolve merchant POS terminal issues by coordinating with relevant units and routing calls for replacement when needed.
  • •Handle authorization and hold/release related decisions, including releasing credit card holder staff hold amounts and managing fund transfer limit increase requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Business graduate.
  • •Strong communication skills with a good listening approach and patience.
  • •Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel).
  • •Experience in customer services or communication functions (not necessarily in banking).
