Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct value stream analyses to assess operational and transactional performance and define future-state improvements to enhance flow and business results.
  • •Review procedures, workflows, controls, and systems to identify barriers and develop actionable plans to implement and sustain change.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Lean improvement activities (Kaizen, Blitz, RIEs, JDI) aligned to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives.
  • •Train, coach, and support leaders and cross-functional teams using Gemba walks and daily management practices (Mission Control, MDI, A3 problem solving, standard work, visual controls).
  • •Create and sustain standard work and workplace controls, monitor improvement metrics, and partner with key stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in Lean manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement, including managing, training, coaching, and developing others in Lean tools.
  • •Practical knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement methods such as value stream mapping, standard work, visual management, waste elimination, and structured event facilitation.
  • •Proven experience leading and facilitating Kaizen, Blitz, Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), or similar activities with measurable operational and financial results.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to lead training and discussions with employees at all levels.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and preferred experience applying Lean in transactional/administrative processes.
